If football has taught us anything, it’s that young millionaire playboys and good taste don’t necessarily go hand-in-hand. In fact, the world of football is normally where decent trends go to die, but this summer it seems that footballers have kick-started a new men’s hair trend all by themselves: the short, back & peroxide.

Now football’s golden boy, Lionel Messi – he who evades his markers like he evades his taxes (allegedly. ALLEGEDLY!) – has got involved too, unveiling his new cut this week on Instagram. Take a look at which other footballers are on the bleached bandwagon…
